The gym has had an equipment overhaul in the last year. Everything is clean and up to date! I’ve been coming here for a long time, and I still love it. There’s a very wide range of activities from free weights, to cardio machines, a full basketball court, pickle ball and swimming for the kids. The staff is friendly and the gym culture is positive here. This is a great place to workout!

My kids have been coming to LLAC for semi-private swim lessons for about a year. What a wonderful program! The teachers are dedicated and do a great job. The prices are affordable. They are also very helpful if you ever need to reschedule a lesson.When my kids first started coming, they were terrified of swimming. We had tried several other group lessons in town, and they made little to no progress year after year. The semi private program at LLAC gives them so much more individualized attention. They now are confident and love to swim. I am so grateful.A most heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful teachers here. You have made a difference in my kids lives!

I went Sunday for my weekly decompress. Spa tub was great good jets and different heights. Was just a tad disappointed the steam room wasn't operational but no biggie. Staff is polite as are the other members.
