I walked in the door nervous and scared and walked out very excited about the way I and my dog were treated. These folks are amazing.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and reliable no matter which vet you get. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had our first visit to establish care and it went smoothly. From scheduling to checking out. The staff were very friendly. Dr Megan was so good with our dog. The vet tech and the Dr were able to answer all our questions. We are happy to have found a nice clean clinic who seems to care what we have to say and about our fur baby. I would leave 5 stars but we haven’t been more than this onetime Andi feel it takes longer to establish a true opinion.

I’m pretty disappointed and discouraged right now with even wanting to continue services here. Being a client with my furbaby and asking questions to get attitude and rudeness to something that 1. Shouldn’t have happened and 2. The staff should have been more careful
But yet the staff said it doesn’t matter it’s just a urine kit. Well to me it mattered and I’m sure the other client that had their names on the baggy that had the kit in it for MY furbaby would have been happy to to get call with someone else’s information. Wake up people pay attention if this is how it’s gonna be with attitude when a question is asked and you can’t pay attention to a clients name before handing it over maybe the job isn’t for you!! Very disappointed

Terrible. Vets were good even though it was short staffed and felt rushed, BUT the office manager Amanda and front desk staff completely suck.
Tried to get this billing issue handled at the time of appointment / in office but the front desk gal was far from helpful and let me know I would eventually get a call from the “Office Manager”, Amanda.

When they call to discuss any issue, YOU WILL TALK IN CIRCLES. Amanda started with “what’s the issue” even though she had pictures, texts and a full email discussing my issue.
She sounds rude, unprofessional, gives off “I’m right, you’re wrong” vibes even though they admitted many times it was a miscommunication / misinformation given on their end.
I didn’t want a full refund, maybe a discount for the lack of communication on pricing SEVERAL times.
Nothing to make it right. Just a snobby phone call.
Not sure how Amanda is the office manager there let alone “helping other branches” in Seattle 🧐 Do better girlfriend.

The BEST!!! I can't say enough good things about these folks!!! Not only do they care about your animal, but they care about you!!! I was, of course, very emotional about my dog's condition when I arrived. However, when I met with Dr. Weird, she immediately made ME feel better!! She was just calm, caring and understanding. Update: My baby dog (and I) are doing MUCH BETTER now. So...my advice is....STOP SEARCHING!!! GO HERE!!! Thank you to all of the doctors and staff at Legacy. Y'all are AMAZING.

Made my dog comfortable before touching her. Explained everything thing that would help keep her healthy. Extremely friendly, don't rush, and willing to answer all your questions.

I have been a client at Legacy Animal Medical Center for the past five years, but I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Recently, there was poor communication regarding my pet’s test results. I was told the results were sent via text despite being told I would receive a call back. When I called to follow up, instead of addressing the issue, the receptionist was dismissive and rude. Clear and timely communication is critical, especially when it comes to a pet’s health, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of the standard I had come to expect. Considering how overpriced this clinic is, I cannot recommend it—there are other veterinary offices that provide better service, communication, and care for your pets.
