“I dropped a new coat I thrifted off and they took amazing care of it, even called to tell me it had moth damage and asked if I still wanted it cleaned and I agreed because I don't care about the cosmetics of the coat so long as it's warm, and when I got it back I had to look really hard to find any moth damage, they did an amazing job making it look really minimal. They were extremely kind and understanding. I was really nervous because I've never used a dry cleaner and these people were so nice and it was really affordable which is extremely appreciated in these times. Not only are all the "dry cleaned" items returned in perfect like-new condition, but their skills at alterations are fantastic. My wife has had them alter/tailor several items, and the results are always amazing. She just took in a 3/4 length coat that was WAY too large. They reduced it to her size and even relocated the pockets to the correct new position, and you absolutely can't tell it didn't come off the rack this way. absolutely amazing work, and the nicest people you will ever meet.
