We were really impressed with Brian at Yelm Plumbing. Our main septic line had a clog on a Friday evening. Brian not only took care of the clog but pinpointed the location of a warped pipe that had broken. This was our second back up in a year and no cause for concern was found by the other company that had cleared the line. We are grateful Brian helped us clear the line and uncover the problem.

Our kitchen sink backed up and the sinks in our master bathroom were draining really slowly, so I called Yelm Plumbing and Pumps. They were able to send a plumber out the same day. The company called to let me know when the plumber was on his way. When he arrived he put paper booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in the house, which I appreciated. He fixed both the kitchen and bathroom sinks and left us with a product to use and put down our drains regularly to avoid the problem in the future (we're on a septic system). The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they charge a $79 fee just to show up, and the total bill was nearly... read full review

The absolute best service!!! The Thurston County Fairgrounds had a backflow preventer backed over the day before Fair - they dispatched a plumber within 40 minutes and had us up and running in an hour.
