I just want to take a moment to give a review and to thank Mark he is a great trainer, very knowledgeable, educated in his craft, and has a great way of connecting with his clients. My son is a D1 athlete, Mark trained him prior to him leaving for his first year, he got him so prepared that when he arrived at his college and began workouts with his team the coaches called me to tell me that whoever had been working my son out should be thanked because he showed up in shape at the right weight they wanted him to be at and ready to hit the ground running on day 1. I was trying to stave off a knee replacement, so decided to try a personal trainer this summer. Mark was the perfect match for me… my big goals were to be able to go up and down stairs, run, and ride my bike again. They were big goals for me, and in three months I did accomplish them all! I am beyond grateful to Mark and Amy Jo for their commitment to my journey… and especially to Mark for not tolerating any of my laziness ;). What a great investment in my body it was!

I have had the best experience here. Not only is the personal training amazing, the nutritional information provided is above average. Mark and Miranda make me want to change my life entirely. Everyone should want to transform and add this business to help!
