First time to this LA Fitness and it was a great experience! Shoutout to Keyera, she was super helpful and friendly, she most definitely has great customer service! She was able to answer all my questions and not only was she friendly but she also very professional. The facility itself was very nice it had great amenities and machines/equipment and overall was very clean. I will most definitely return and look into a membership.
Thank you for the staff for helping my mom. She's 84 and just getting into the gym. The manager was so nice he got my mom set up with her new account that had been canceled by her insurance company, set uptje app on her phone and also he is going to help her out with some machines and show her how to do excercises to help her build muscle again. Very much appreciated.
I've been a member at other gyms but LA Fitness has by far been the best. I regularly workout at the LA Fitness in Lacey and have watched as they continually make improvements, upgrades and look for opportunities to improve member experience.
This gym offers something for everyone and has some of the most knowledgeable staff, trainers, instructors and best equipment on the market. If you're looking at joining a gym this one offers the best environment, classes, equipment and people (both employees and members) who want to see you reach your health goals.
