I was seen today by Stephanie Alteen, and she was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and made me feel heard throughout my visit. The front desk staff member, Sarah, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The medical assistant who brought me back, I believe her name was Jacqueline, was also wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns and communicated them to the provider ahead of time so Stephanie was prepared and able to address everything efficiently. I had the best experience at Providence Express Care in Lacey during one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced.
My 12-year-old daughter was going through a very rough time, and from the moment we arrived, MA Jacqueline immediately brought us back and made us feel seen and cared for. She quickly involved PA Callie, and both of them demonstrated the kind of compassionate, wholesome bedside manner that is becoming increasingly rare.
