Very friendly staff. The place is beautiful and has an amazing vibe. Sometimes you get a pretentious feel from these sorts of places but that is not the case at all here! It’s very clean and well kept. I do the hyperbaric chamber, sauna and cold plunge and the way I feel when I walk out the door is AMAZING and I cannot recommend these services enough to those around me! They are very easy to reach and being a text away from setting an appointment is so convenient. I also love that they have the LMNT drinks for purchase after the sauna.
