Amy and her team love what they do and it shows - their knowledge and attention to detail truly comes out in their work. I always so look forward to my appointments because I know I’m going to feel so much better!
Reviews
Amy and her team have changed my life by helping me recover from injuries and overcome various tendinitis conditions that develop on the aging body! I couldn't continue to be athletic and functional without the amazing body work I receive from Human Body Works!
I have been working with Essential Bodywork for over 1 year. Stacey has seen me in tip top shape as well as when my body has given me problems. Each session is unique and drive by what my body needs. Stacey conducts an evaluation each time to determine what she will work on. She is very attuned to the body’s needs and is frequently asking for feedback. I feel very well cared for. I highly recommend Essential Bodywork.
