Initially technicians were both good at first, inconsistent in middle, but very good at end of a persistent warranty repair issue. Thus it took months to be resolved, in part due to GENERAC parts supply as well as techs. So although "maint. service" cost too high, they did very good work.
Tim and his crew were amazing! They did a fantastic job and were always professional and respectful of our home. They did exactly what they said they would do and followed through to make sure everything was completed as promised and that the inspectors came out and completed their final inspections. Highly recommend them!
If you are looking to have a generator installed, look no further. Washington Generators is who you need. The entire process from estimate to installation was superb. They answered all our questions and explained every detail. Installation by Tim, Austin, and John was 5 stars.
