I have been dealing with Ernest for at least a year, now, and he's been efficient, thorough, and patient. He understands and takes into account the complexities of home maintenance and works to integrate pest control solutions into the overall program. He made it clear that rodents are a fact of life outside the home and clearly explains the strategy of establishing a barrier at the home perimeter. He follows each visit with a detailed report. He was unable to explain capture of a mouse in the crawlspace and made clear that unless this is resolved by the next visit, he'll summon other experts in the company to help figure it out.

We have used United Pest Solutions for many years and have always been pleased with their service. The technicians are very polite and do a good job. This is an update to our original review in 2018. Recently the crawl space access barrier (which was built by United Pest Solutions) needed a small repair and needed to be re-seated in the crawl space access. The owner, Sean came to the house and fixed it himself. We were grateful for the prompt repair and the dedication of the owners. We highly recommend this company.

This company has done a great job for us for the past few years. Ron in particular went ten rounds against a rat king for us and won, and also took the time to answer pest related questions I had about getting a new roof. I don't hesitate to call when I have a question or concern and they are always responsive. Prices are competitive and everyone they've sent out for service has been a helpful and pleasant professional.
