At last, I think I've found an Optometrist with the skill to treat my problematic astigmatism. Dr. Johnathan Dong really goes the extra mile to help diagnose problems. I am deeply grateful.

Dr. Dong is very patient and does well explaining what he needs you to do and what he is going to do. Our son is on the spectrum and takes longer to process request as well as answer questions. Dr. Dong navigated these things gracefully and with kindness.

Well, when I first met Dr Jon and Dr Iwona at See Saw it was right after lockdown, during a snowstorm, and I had scratched my cornea.Dr Jon texted me that he would see me as soon as they opened. He was so amazing at diagnosing me and referring me to an eye surgeon. They both have gone above and beyond to help me in every way. My condition has caused so many more last minute needs to see him and they always find a way to get me in. They really are the best.
