My mechanic referred me to them for an issue outside his wheelhouse. After I dropped off my Ford Edge, Mark called me shortly after and asked about the vehicle’s history—specifically whether the front driver’s side had ever been in an accident.
As it turns out, I had been in a significant accident on that side. Mark explained that while they could fix the issue, he recommended I first return to the shop that did the original repair and see if my insurance company would reopen the claim since the problem was likely related.
