I tried to return several items and was told that they are franchises and i HAVE TO take it back where i got it from.This was a lie. They are either misinformed or lazy. Very unprofessional and wasted over two hours of my time that i could have been completing a job.I do not recommend this place. Management is crap if this is their standard. Bad customer service.
