When you're actually sick enough to go into a doctor, they don't actually prescribe medicine. They focus on one item, run with that idea, and now what you're saying. I'm not impressed.

I’ve had my blood drawn at this facility twice, and both times I experienced significant issues that I feel need to be addressed. After my first blood draw, the area where the needle was inserted turned black and bruised, covering about an inch of my skin. Additionally, the process was unusually painful. I initially ignored it, thinking it might have been a one-time mistake.
However, during my recent visit, the same issue occurred again, and it was the same person performing the procedure. The process was just as painful as the first time, and I believe this indicates a lack of proper technique or professionalism, as I’ve never experienced this issue elsewhere.
I’m attaching a photo for reference. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to ensure better training or care in performing blood draws.

This was my first meeting with dr kendal as my pcp. He is an absolute wonderful doctor. Personally, i would rather have a physician with no beside manner however have them posses all of the skills necessary to properly treat me with no warmth of heart. Dr kendal is not this type. He is the opposite. Dr kendal possess all the talent, along WITH all of the heart to go along with it. He also possess one hell of a sense of humor and furthermore a talent that in my experience does not come along much which make him the total package as a physician. I will elaborate. Doctors take the hypocratic oath to do no harm. Both professionally and not. To me, i go through life trying to not let my proverbial heart drive my decisions. However i try, i inevitably fail in some capacity in this life endeavor for a very good reason. I remain human, with both a sharp mind as well as the emotions i was born with. I even have structures in my physical brain that tell me to use my emotion such as the hippocampus and medulla oblongata. Therefore everyone has emotion structurally so it must be for a good reason. I am being long winded to say this: i suffer with several behavior health conditions of which can aggravate as well as affect my ability to trust hardly anyone. And for good reason if youve been through the same as i. Dr kendal put me at ease from the beginning and i am a hard bargain of which is not impressed easily. Dr kendal should not be complacent as an md in my opinion and i mean this not in a cynical nor bastardizing condescending manner. I am happy if dr kendal is happy however my meaning is such: this man, dr kendal, should he choose is INNATELY such a kind hearted and warm person as well as an absolute brilliant dr that should he choose could easily head up and run a department not because of being an overachiever. NO. But simply for the man that he is. As well as being once of the most humble doctors ive ever met which is not the norm. Most have a God complex. Dr kendal truly listened to me, and i truly felt listened to by dr kendal.

Kaiser makes is near impossible to see a specialist. They don't even put referralsin, they put consult requests in. Plus it takes forever to get appointments. I am not happy with Kaiser right now.
