I was in for some lab and needed a jab - the lady in the front reception (elderly black lady) promptly helped me to get in- she went out of her way to speak to a nurse to help me even though I didn’t have an appointment. I felt she went above and beyond and extremely helpful. I will not forget her act of kindness.
The first thing I noticed was that none of the employees from pharmacy, reception, nursing staff and even doctors were wearing masks. I guess eventually they are optional but at a medical facility I expected a few. The facility itself is very clean inside, despite being in a very rough part of town. The appointment said 9:05 when I booked it so I arrived at 9:00. Then I looked online and the actual appointment time was 9:20. They had me waiting in the lobby until 9:30.
It Is a very good place To check up Kaiser Permanente Kent it's good every doctors are very nice and helpful especially Dr.McKay Alexander is our family doctor and he is really nice caring and really hard working
