Every single aspect of my remodel - counters, floor, cabinetry, tile, electronics, trim, stonework, plumbing- had some ridiculous flaw of incompetence even 8 MONTHS beyond the initial time quote. For a kitchen and bath with no moved walls. Just remarkable incompetence on every single level and months of lies about impending progress. Russ wasted my time, my money, and my trust. Did drywall out of order and withou protecting floors, damaging new floors and resulting in unnecessary patches on new drywall.

Except one of the tile guys. But only one of them. Not worth rolling the dice. Do not hire.
