I went here for several years when I lived in the Kent area. We moved a few years ago and I transferred to a new office that was just down the street from our house. After experiencing some negative issues at that office over the last year, we decided to make the switch back to Kent Station Family Dentistry. Dr. Mike and his staff have been great to work with! We are able to get appointments without lengthy delays and they are very thorough whether it's a cleaning or filling. My wife has had some anxiety with dentists in the past and said that she feels much more relaxed in this office. Great team here and central location with plenty of parking.

Kent Station Family Denistry is very impressive to meet..Friendly staff whom make you feel comfortable..They are doing a great job with my new dentures and efficient and do a great job of making double sure that the fit is perfect..Cannot wait for my beautiful smile again.. I had gone to them once before for my six year olds cleaning. They were really nice, and we found out he had a couple cavities we needed filled. We booked the appointment and I brought my son in today to have his cavities filled. My son was doing good, he got the shot of novocaine in his gums, we had him on nitrous gas to calm him down. He is six and didn't quite understand. He was doing good for a bit and we think the nitrous wore off because he started to panic (we think he was breathing through his mouth instead of the nose for the novocaine to take full effect. He started crying and the dentist, Dr. Mike, who I really liked up until this point, said "Sorry, there is nothing more we can do for your child" I asked if we could take a break..HE IS SIX!!! He said, no, once they lose control of the situation there's no bringing it back. So we left, very upset, with my son who has holes in his teeth to find a specialist. If you cannot handle any situation that comes up with a child as sometimes kids panic, I would too if I was afraid, then do not...DO NOT allow a scheduling for a child to be seen for fillings. I am more than happy to have had a reference in the beginning and gone my way without the tears and stress and wasting of my day. The staff of the office were really great, the receptionists and assistant at the front desk and our prior experience was great for his cleaning....this was a huge dump of an experience and left a VERY bitter taste in our mouth. Just be more prepared or explain in the beginning what could happen if A. B. or C occurs instead of "Oh, there's nothing more we can do...give him pain pills because he's gonna hurt later". At least the drilling is done for the next dentist.

We’ve gone for years! So kid friendly, skilled and quality staff, and excellent technology. They factor my own consent to treatments of myself and my kids in before anything is performed, and they’re thorough and helpful in explanations and partnering with me in my dental care.

I love my dentist. I took a. Couple years off from my dentist so the wife can get braces with another insurance plan. When that was finished and I can back I remembered why I kept going here. The cleanings are very thorough. I talked my wife into coming here for the first time and she told me she has never had a better cleaning. When I came in the other day Megan brought me into to do a repair on a small chip. She was so friendly. It felt like family really. She was so nice and knowledgeable. My cleaning was so good and dr Mike even checked up on me to make sure everything was good. Can't recommend this place enough.

Dr. Mike and staff are the best! The staff works well together to ensure a great experience every time. From front office to hygienist or assistant to Dr. Mike - they all make sure every interaction is positive. They are really good about communicating any updates or concerns without pushing us to have unnecessary work done. They are also kind and gentle while working on our teeth. Our family has been going here for many years, and I highly recommend them.

I went here consistently for a couple years. Come two years later and I have a $30 charge for a no-show fee?! Whoa! I have always shown up. The fee went into collections and is now huge! The staff was nice however, and the doctor was attentive. It's also a very clean place and nice atmosphere.
