Very disappointed. I only asked for a small trim at the bottom and a little bit of layers in the front. I even showed a picture, but she did not listen to what I asked for and cut my hair much shorter than I wanted. It looked nothing like the picture — no proper layers, just cut straight. It was a horrible experience and not professional at all. I felt like she did my hair the way she wanted, not what I asked for.

My wife recently got a haircut here. The hair cutter put way too much cold water in her hair and in her lap. Wife asked for not too much water. Hair cutter argued back, saying if you donβt want water, go somewhere else! Because thatβs the only way I can cut hair. Wife was charged $30.00 for crappy service. Since when being showered πΏ by cold water part of good service? My wife will never go back.

1 star they are bad at doing mens cut had my kid get a haircut here but they made the back of his neck turn red. Very bad experience with them. COME IF YOU WANT YOUR NECK TO BE RED

They're a small shop with only 2 stylists. Both are excellent and have a large following of regular customers. But if you don't have an appointment you may end up waiting a while.

Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional tried to call for an appointment and they hung up on me without any reason. My family went there one time before and their service was horrible in the same way, unprofessional and outright rude.

Amazing haircut and perm, always good, but the wait!!! Is too long even when I have an apt, so I went to other place, and that was a mess!! So now am back and willing to wait... grass is not as green as it looks on the other side of the road ? ?
