A couple months ago we purchased a shower replacement from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle. Yesterday and today John M. and Joe D. installed our new shower. We have never had better professionals do anything in our house. The installation should have started a day earlier than it did, but the installer assigned to our job was ill. They sent the "A-Team" the next day. Joe and Johnny (Johnny has 30+ years in trade) arrived EXACTLY the time they said they would. Before starting they explained exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly, were very friendly and answered all question during the install. At the end of each day the work areas were cleaner than when they arrived. At the end they FULLY explained how the new shower worked. True professionals. You could tell that they really loved their jobs. PLUS, WE REALLY LOVE OUR NEW SHOWER. We would hire Johnny & Joe anytime. AWESOME JOB!!! S & I, Bothell🥰
Installers Randy T. and Ty were great! Very professional, explained what they were doing, and they did a superb job at installing our new shower and doors. I would highly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars!
I had to replace an old shower with a cracked pan. I was worried there would be subfloor damage, and if the installers be able to deal with that. I need not have worried. Junior and Josh arrived early and demo-ed the old shower and fully inspected the subfloor. Good news! Junior and Josh worked quickly and efficiently, and in about 4 hours, I had a new, beautiful shower. This is about 10 steps up from my old one. I cannot recommend them any higher than 5 stars!
