Juan was a tech who did the work, and he was very professional and took care to do an amazing job. Nick Salcedo, Operations Manager, has provided outstanding customer service since customers first contacted him. He is kind, attentive to details and goes above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. The technician was very knowledgeable and did the fiberglass repair so that it didn’t look like a repair. The repair exceeded expectations in terms of appearance and the leaky shower pan leaks no more.
Scheduling was quick and easy. The finish in our 30+ year old shower is a bright, sparkling white now! Did have to call the technician back to do the top edge of the shower but that was just a minor blip. The end product is amazing and we are thrilled 😀
Miracle Method was quick to schedule my fiberglass bathtub / shower refinishing. Juan, my technician, covered all adjacent surfaces from overspray and did extra scratch touch up where my previous shower valve had been. I did the refinishing to extend the life of my shower / tub, and now it looks like a new tub in a beautiful white that goes with my new toilet.
