Been coming for years. Recommend so many here as well. The worker is mad because I am asking for a French tip. Which I showed before she began. She’s slinging my foot around. Really could’ve done this at home. It’s Mother’s Day weekend. Women want to feel good about themselves coming in. Not feel racially or financially profiled. It got to a point where I just didn’t even care. Just finish so I can go. Then just an fyi speaking a different language or not body language is universal. We can tell when you’re talking about us.
This is the worst place ever. The owner lady is so rude. When I said I didn’t like my nails she was mad and started telling me to not come back. Then I asked if someone else could do my nails they all acted rude and mean like I was wrong. I didn’t get loud I wasn’t disrespectful. I was very respectful when I told her I didn’t like my nails and she still was rude. Overall the customer service is horrible. Nail jobs suck. Don’t go to Hollywood nails. ZERO STARS
