We’ve been softtub owners for 6 years now, and still use our softtub multiple times a week! Fantastic product and excellent customer service at Evergreen. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and they have been super helpful in keeping our softtub going strong all these years.

It's ok. I kind of wish I just bought one of the tubs on Amazon between 4-5k. The decking i bought looks nice but wood splits easy during assembly so it's kind of low quality wood. Ive read a lot of complaints about electronic stuff going out on them and leak issues. I guess we will see how it goes. Not sure if I'd recommend one or not. Kind of pricey for what it is. However it does look nice, fairly easy to set up, lightweight enough to move. It's only one small leg brace on the stand that split a little. Not visible and kind of unimportant for support. Main concern is the complaints I've read with possibly low grade or faulty electronics on... read full review

We purchased our Softub at cal expo fair in Sacramento. We were told it generally takes about two to four weeks for delivery. To our surprise it was only about a week! It was very easy to assemble and hook up. I had a hard time reading the directions on the bottles of chemicals (I’m 67 and my eyes aren’t very good) so I got in touch with Eric at Softub and he walked me through everything, even calling the next day to check on me. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub. They are a lot less expensive than your typical hot tub and cheaper to run. It serves our purpose very well! Thanks Softub!!
