Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. Ivan showed up on time. Hevwas very polite and knowledgeable. He inspected the ceiling and the attic and gave us his honest opinion. He refferrd us to a roofer for further inspection..
