Drain Pro was highly professional and responsive throughout the assessment and estimate process. They were quick to schedule, provided a detailed and competitive quote, and sourced hard-to-find parts efficiently. I ended up going with another solution due to new information about my system, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Drain Pro in the future.
Harman was kind, professional and easy to work with. He was able to quickly and professionally complete the job.
However, I did have quite a bit of difficulty with the office staff trying to get on the schedule and with keeping my appointments on the calendar. I’d recommend calling Harman directly to avoid that.
