I really like this salon, I feel like the people care about the customers. I get a gel manicure and even though it's been months since I've had them done, they remembered my nails are fragile and don't like a lot of sanding
My last experiences with Cute Nails have never been terrible in fact they have gone above and beyond. My last session with them on March 28th was perfect. I went to get a full set for acrylics and a pedicure at 1:00 PM, I realized that I wasn’t going to have a enough time to complete both of with one session due to having an appointment at 3:15 PM. I had asked the girls if it was possible if I could come by later to finish my acrylics and they made time to fit me in their schedule. These girls are going above and beyond for their clients and making sure they are satisfied. Kim is their nail designer and she is truly amazing at what she does. This was supposed to be a "one-shot deal" but I'm here to stay. The shop is nice and the ladies are the best. The pedicures are the best I have ever had. The customer service is A++.
