Blue line protective service is one big joke. I would put zero stars if i could... Every morning I stop by to check up on my mother before work due too the homeless and drug addicts at her apartment complex. So I parked my pickup in the visitor parking for a few hours. Yes there are warning signs about signing in and for some reason i forgot to check in. Usually i do in my truck, however today i didnt, thinking i would when i got in her apartment. When I returned to my pickup truck blue line had it towed with no warning. I have seen warning stickers on other vehicles. Their security officer “Ruffin” is unprofessional, tactless & immature. He should not be dealing with the public. If he is a representation of this company as the “manager” then everyone should avoid doing business with Blueline. I understand that working security doesn’t make friends but his level of disrespect is almost comical because it is so unbelievable that someone can be so rude.

Terrible service. Has not stopped or even reported crime at our residence. Multiple car break in's and glass all over the garage have not even been reported by this company yet they act as meter maids. Residence who can park up top where they feel safer due to lighting and camera placement wake up to stickers on their cars threatening to tow the vehicles. Even in open management parking when office is closed and residents are allowed to park there. If you are looking for over priced parking enforcement great. If you are looking for actual security I do not recommend.
