My experience at this clinic was mixed. The optometrist, an Asian-appearing woman, provided a routine exam but never took the time to learn or correctly pronounce my name, even after I said it clearly. Names hold meaning, and acknowledgment is part of respect. As someone who values cultural understanding, it was disappointing to feel unseen in that small but significant way. I hope the staff takes this feedback as an opportunity to be more attentive to each patient’s identity.
Diamond, and Alice were super nice and helpful. they helped me with my fashion sense of frames and i totally recommend everyone to go here!
update: I came for some minor things, Amy and Alice helped me within minutes.
My mom made me an appointment for my eyes this morning and I'm glad she did. I got to get my eye prescription and some contacts the Dr was good and I even ordered glasses the boss at store he made sure I got everything I needed in my lenses so I can play video games and keep my eyes safe.
