I have been to many optometrist offices and this office by far has been the best experience. Sarah and Sue have been very supportive and helpful with my granddaughters. Doctors were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Overall I would highly encourage you to contact them for needs.
Dr Lum has been my optometrist since high school. Mannered, knowledgeable, always offering thoughts. Gave me the option of glasses over contacts (in the event of vision worsening beyond contacts only), contacts of various manufacturers to trial for comfort/style. Office is definitely not 'modernized' in terms of waiting area but that isn't my area of need.No sales. Kind and very upfront.
They are all wonderful every time I go in it feels like a country optometrist because it's so personal. Every person is extremely kind and informative. I'm terrible with getting into the eye doctor and they make me feel very comfortable!
