East Hill Optometry

I've been to East Hill Optometey twice now, and both times were great experiences. The eye physician there is so kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Back in April, he did an eye exam for me and helped fit me with contact lenses so I could see while snorkeling in Hawaii. The lens samples he gave me were perfect and the trip wound up excellent, in no small part from being able to see all the cool fish underwater!

Then yesterday, I went in to get an updated glasses prescription. Same thing, doc was outstanding.The front desk attendant was very sweet as well. I thought I'd left my debit card behind after leaving, and the staff checked the whole premise and called me...read full review

Decent, but nothing special. I did appreciate that Dr. Lum kept the visit pretty simple and straightforward. (I do not recommend Kent Eye Clinic, where in my opinion they overcomplicate things.) The girl who checked me in was nice. When I got there I was surprised by how run down it looked. There were no parking lines on the asphalt so i wasn't sure if where I parked was ok. When I got in I noticed that kind of musty smell that you get in old buildings, and nothing seemed very clean or organized. I have never seen an optometry office like that. There were advertisements on the windows and around the office that looked like they had just been taken out of magazines.

Dr Lum will always be my eye doctor. I appreciate how much time he spends on the eye exam. He also offered me many options and even let me try out a pair of contacts that I now want! The staff was super helpful and friendly
