Decent, but nothing special. I did appreciate that Dr. Lum kept the visit pretty simple and straightforward. (I do not recommend Kent Eye Clinic, where in my opinion they overcomplicate things.) The girl who checked me in was nice. When I got there I was surprised by how run down it looked. There were no parking lines on the asphalt so i wasn't sure if where I parked was ok. When I got in I noticed that kind of musty smell that you get in old buildings, and nothing seemed very clean or organized. I have never seen an optometry office like that. There were advertisements on the windows and around the office that looked like they had just been taken out of magazines.

Dr Lum will always be my eye doctor. I appreciate how much time he spends on the eye exam. He also offered me many options and even let me try out a pair of contacts that I now want! The staff was super helpful and friendly

I have been to many optometrist offices and this office by far has been the best experience. Sarah and Sue have been very supportive and helpful with my granddaughters. Doctors were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Overall I would highly encourage you to contact them for needs.
