I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst salon experience of my life. The stylist clearly didn’t listen to anything I said — I asked for a trim, and walked out looking like I lost a fight with hedge clippers. My hair is now uneven, choppy, and impossible to style. The place was dirty, the tools didn’t look sanitized, and the staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by being there. I left and had to pay another salon to fix the disaster. Save yourself the heartbreak and go literally anywhere else.

What I wanted and what I got. Mind you it took me two years of work. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got to the car. Tried to get a refund and the owner said it was because I didn’t let her shampoo my hair that’s why it was bad. Hair cut is $25 and if I wanted to go get it fixed somewhere else chances it would be around the same price. Lesson learned I would rather pay $60-$70 for a haircut. I know it’s pricey but at least it would be a good job.

You definitely get what you pay for here. Very cheap cost for very cheap work. Wife asked for a specific style haircut and got butchered by the owner. One side about an inch shorter then the other. Layers done so high it was atrocious. Went back while I was there and she messed with her hair again and didn't understand that the layering and the front ends where so messed up after she got done. Ended up finding another salon in Tukwila and had to wait cause it was appointment only just to see if they could fix the horrible cut she got here. Luckily it was fixed and looks alot better but now she needs to grow it out again in order to style it how she wants. This place really isn't worth it when It comes to getting cuts. They even butcher a high fade when I ask for one.
