I bought a two-year membership and have been attending this gym for one month. Honestly, I regret committing for such a long period.
The main issue is cleanliness. It’s obvious that dust hasn’t been cleaned for months, it’s on the machines, between them, and even in the air. The mirrors are so dirty that you can barely see your reflection. In one month, I have never seen anyone cleaning.
The location is very convenient, which is why I chose this gym, and the equipment is good. Unfortunately, the lack of hygiene completely ruins the experience. Management really needs to pay attention to cleanliness. People of all ages work out here, and this condition is unacceptable.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star because they need to open 24 hours same as the one in Tacoma and other cities, so I hope the management see this and respond with an answer

Cleaner and friendlier than I thought it would be! Washington is a smaller district but I found this gym well run!

Dirty. Cardio area smells like pee because the bathrooms are never cleaned. I’ve never seen a cleaning person here. 😂

one star b/c the steam room and pool are literally health hazards, dangerous. Black mold in the steam room ALL the time, smells like urine often, gross. Pretty sure this place gets cleaned once a week, great place to get staph or any other awesome infection. Pool is just as bad, cleaning needs to be doubled/ tripled in this area, literally risking your health EVERY time you go in here. Its bad enough all the members that come in here to share their latest cold or covid strain with everyone else, the mold and lack of consistent cleaning make it a very dangerous place.
