I've taken my mother here a number of times over the year's for various reasons. Flooring, the jarred honey at the register's. I can't say enough nice things about the customer service from the moment you enter the front doors. Their personable friendly and knowledgeable. The guys at the loading area are equally as friendly.

My husband sent a review earlier today regarding a door purchase. We were unhappy but we had ordered from them in the past so instead of 1 star we gave them 2 stars. I wish we would have waited as the store manage called a few minutes ago and had talked to his boss. They have made us whole and we would give them stars if we could. Thank you so much. Windsor is a quality company

This place has some really cool finds with different wood pieces. Tons of trim doors and the best part is their live edge countertop pieces! The staff is very well trained and able to answer questions as well as take care of you when you have no idea what you're doing
