I highly recommend Tri-City Plumbing they were quick and efficient when it came to an emergency situation for our business. The plumbing issue was solved and we were back in business the following day. The work done was professional and tidy. I will definitely be reaching out if there are any other plumbing issues.

I waited two days to have a plumber come out and tell me his boss will give me a call. Then I waited another day for the call to say they are not skilled enough to do the job. They wasted so much of my time that I had to pay another company extra to finish the work on Saturday. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do the job. There are much better plumbers in the Tri-Cities area than these guys.

I have to amend an earlier review of TCP&M. I gave them a one star out of five. Not just because they couldn't fix the slow drain in my shower but because they still charged me their full hourly rate. They just sent me a check for the entire amount with an apology. To me that speaks to their integrity and I appreciate it very much.
I see that they do have many gleaming reviews. I would say, give them a chance, it's obvious they care about their reputation and the satisfaction of their customers. Kudos to the entire team.

We had a pipe burst that had flooded our crawl space, bedroom, laundry room and hallway. This family owned business answered right away and came over immediately to fix the pipe. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional called him on friday he said he would be out on Monday never showed up and never returned my message will not be calling him again.
