I went this morning to try to figure out why my laptop wouldn’t charge they gave me a few solutions and ultimately gave me the right one. If I went somewhere else they probably would’ve charged me an insane amount for a diagnosis, within a few seconds they began to help me and within 5 minutes walked out with the solution.
