There’s a reason this guy has 91- 5 star reviews. He’s amazing. He took my basic Mac computer and turned it into a professional grade piece of equipment. It’s so fast, I feel like I just traded in my Honda Civic for a Lamborghini. His service is just as good as the product he puts out. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Shawn's the man!! Short story, laptop wouldn't boot up. Tried Best Buy?. Found Shawn on google. Great reviews. Went to his shop. He knew I needed to use, a.s.a.p. Got me taken care of in a few days. After I got it home, a few days later I had a problem with the microphone on a zoom meeting. Called him up. He took the time with me on the phone to try and fix it. Couldn't figure it out. He told me to bring it in and he would look at it right away. He had it fixed in 30 minutes! I asked how much I owed him for his time on the microphone issue. He said nothing! Shawn is the man , his professional manners and wide knowledge are nothing short of amazing , i had this issue with my computer and he stayed very patiently with me over the phone and helped me get it done .! While he could’ve easily asked me to come to his store and charge me .! Highly recommended .
