The business has undergone changes in management and staff, resulting in an improved experience for many clients. Overall, Massage Envy is a great option for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with therapists able to tailor their services to meet individual needs.
I have not been to Massage Envy in almost 2 years. And I get a call that apparently I missed an appointment that was set up by the front desk manager and that they're charging me full price. And I told the lady that I have no email confirmations no nothing and I never scheduled an appointment as I just had a baby. So I think they put someone else's appointment under my name.
The management of this location is top tier. Every time we come in they have been able to make great suggestions, recommend the best therapist for our needs and provide any needed accommodations. Highly recommend visiting this location. Their couples massage room is fantastic.
I love being able to book online since my schedule is always changing. I've had both skincare and massage services and I have always enjoyed the results! I have my regular masseuse who knows my preferences and problem areas. This is one of the few things I do to treat myself and I highly recommend booking!
