Please with the service she our compressor went out on our frig. It was covered on warranty and lucky for us the tech had just 1 compressor left in the truck. The tech arrived within 4 1/2 hours of me scheduling appointment and in less than 2 hrs he checked it all out, replaced the compressor and refrigerant and while waiting vacuumed out my coils while the cover was off. I am not pleased with Sears Kenmore brand knowing they have same defective compressor built by LG in all their Kenmore Elite models specifically those models begins with #795, but LG wouldn't allow Kenmore labeled models to be entered into the class action lawsuit against LG for same failed compressor...read full review
