Ruff "INN" It Kennels offers daycare and extended stay boarding for dogs. They require a meet and greet for the first visit to ensure a good fit for each dog. The staff are described as kind and helpful, answering all questions. Dogs seem to enjoy the facility, with one dog even pouting on the way home. The kennel is praised for its flexibility in accommodating last-minute needs and providing excellent customer service. Greg is a true dog whisperer, grooming with exceptional tenderness and care, catering to special needs. The staff truly care for the dogs and families, posting pictures of the dogs every day. Pups were very well cared for, having so much fun and were exhausted when they got home after four days/nights of boarding. Quality care by people who really love dogs.
We recently boarded our two dogs while we vacationed and were VERY happy with the experience... and they apparently played so hard that they slept for four days! Picking up happy dogs at the end of a trip means we'll use Ruff INN It next time we travel and dogs can't go. Prices are higher than some places, but the all day staffing, the social environment, and the level of loving care provided make it worth every dime.

This business has exceeded my expectations in nearly every way! I was very concerned about boarding my dog, as I've never left a pet at a kennel before. The initial meeting with the owner went very well. I appreciate that they introduce new dogs under strict supervision to gauge if they are a good fit with the pack. I was also surprised to see how much room, indoors and outdoors, was available to the dogs throughout the day. We enjoy the daily photos of the dogs having a great time. Our first trip away went so well that we've now been dropping our pet off about once a week for doggie daycare with his buddies and we're switching to the on-premise groomers! They always take great care of my dog and are super helpful when you call needing to adjust your booking. I wouldn’t want to take my dog to anywhere else.
