The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have boarded cutter on two occasions for a week plus. Upon request they will give you updates during the dog's stay as to how he's doing. They offer other services,e.g., nail trimming, baths, treats, etc. At the time of pickup they will relate how the dog behaved and what activity they liked. I have been very happy, and I can tell cutter was as well after his vaca.

We used the boarding services for the first time with our dog and we will be using Bnb pet retreat for future kenneling as well. They have great communication and very responsive we have to go out of town last minute they were very accommodating to our pets needs. I love that you can also add a frozen Kong toy w/ your pets stay ( our dog loves them ) I highly recommend.

I am so happy I found this place to board my reactive dog. It was a very difficult decision to board her at all but bnb Pet Retreat definitely treats my dog well and works around her needs. They give me updates on how she is doing so I know after each visit how she is adjusting to being away from home and around other dogs that usually scare her. Thank you for always being so accommodating!

From BnB Pet Retreat

BnB provides pet boarding for both dogs and cats. The large facility has a variety of accommodations which allows us to accept all breeds of dogs and we do not require dogs to be spayed or neutered. We also have several play yards so that dogs can exercise and go to the bathroom outside either alone or with family members. We do not offer daycare style where dogs are mixed with other dogs. It is located 5 minutes from downtown Kennewick yet nice it on 8.5 acres with farms around it and the owner's live on the property.
