Our initial contact was in the Walmart in our town in Eastern Oregon. Then came the Install Project Manager, Blake Fulle. He came on a Sunday, as it fit our schedule. What a great guy. We had intended to replace just the bay window but decided on all the windows on the front of the home. We are really glad we did. They are beautiful.
Next was the Pre-Field guy who took measurements and gave us tips on how much room his installers would need, a quiet, friendly man, giving up a Sunday to do this job.

Outstanding work: Ask for Austin Keech and Jesse Castillo

On August 29, 2025, Austin Keech and Jesse Castillo replaced six windows and one door for us through Renewal by Andersen. Their work was excellent and professional from start to finish. They were super respectful of our home, answered all our questions, and were true masters of their craft.

We had a few minor concerns after the initial install (due to a trainee being on-site), and the company meticulously reviewed everything with us. John Michaels makes it his job to make sure that he has not left you behind. He has come by several times to follow up on any needs I may share. He offers excellent advice and customer service. I would have to say that the company is the best in customer service & care
