Krystal was absolutely great to work with. She was helpful, not pushy, stuck with us til everything was finished to her satisfaction. We love the flooring, both the laminate and the carpet. We really appreciate her professionalism over the entire period of time. Thanks so much and if we ever need flooring in the future we will be back.
Highly recommend the Murley's team!!! Had the carper on our second floor replaced with LVP and had new carpet installed on the stairs as a transition space. What an incredible job with outstanding attention to detail during the selection - thank you Trisha - the demo and the installation!! What an amazing experience!! Entire second floor job - remove 1990s carpeting and replace with LVP and new base boards. Trisha was awesome. She actively listened and followed through on every detail. Will review both Kastl Express (movers) and Platinum Construction separately. Highly recommend Murleys and all to everyone!!
