Juan and his team at LL Flooring went above and beyond to help me locate some discontinued flooring to complete my project. Juan gathered flooring from other locations so I could make 1 stop in Kennewick to pick up what I needed. The floor turned out better than we could have hoped for. LL Flooring's reps were very good. They had a good sense of humor. A rep told us about having at least one additional box to make sure in case we had any waste. And if we had any boxes that had any damage, we could bring them back and they would replace them
Excellent service. I ordered baseboards with their online store and the order arrived earlier than expected. I was able to pick-up the order quickly. The clerk helped me right away and loaded my truck. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Plus they were the only store to carry the profile that matched my existing baseboards.
