Sadly my family had to have our senior dog euthanized recently. The whole staff was kind and compassionate the whole way through. Sierra was especially helpful, she was so gentle and informative from start to finish. Thank you to her and the entire staff for making that difficult process as smooth as possible
I love this place! We have always had a knowledgeable and helpful vet for emergency visits or wellness visits. I like the estimate you get before any care so you know what to expect. Plus we found out dogs benefit from chiropractors too!
I have an anxious Chihuahua that I needed to be seen as a same day Urgent Care appointment and follow up visits for an eye injury. The customer service I received was excellent by front desk staff, and the Veterinarian and her staff as well. My dog was at ease his second visit their exam rooms are set up to make families feel comfortable and that definitely translates to relaxed pets. I am driving further to come here than my old vet, but I think it’s worth it. The prices are comparable to my other vet in downtown Pasco.
