What an amazing experience we had building our "Sweet Chloe" home with Gretl and her teams. Start to finish, we felt the expertise of the people Gretl has in place to make it an enjoyable process! Realtor April Connors & her team, the ladies at It's All in the Details & of course every team member of GCH were incredible to work with. Their enthusiasm for our build was contagious! We can truly say Gretl and every team member went above & beyond for us! From Gretl herself settling an issue with the HOA for us, to receiving weekly updates with pictures...even of the amazing sunsets we will enjoy!
