Our ac quit working this past week. I called in and Dan was able to meet with us the same day. My biggest question was how soon can we get it taken care of. When I got the answer of in two days I was excited to make this happen. We had George and Trent out to take care of replacing our old system with a brand new one. They did an outstanding job through the install and explaining everything to us. They put in a long day to get it done and we couldn't be any happier. I am glad we chose Dayco to take care of our home. We will recommend them over and over again.

Julian was the technician that showed up to help us with our AC unit. He showed professionalism, positivity, and genuine character. As always Dayco is a pleasure to do buisness with.

I have the maintenance membership with Dayco 10 years. I purchased a 2nd system in 2019. I've only experienced friendly and professional technicians. Today Mitch serviced both systems. He was friendly, professional and informative.
I purchased 2 expensive air scrubber systems because of the dust here in Tri-Cities . One malfunctioned and broke in the beginning. Parts were replaced but system still did not work properly. Dayco the company stopped using the system shortly after mine broke replacing with a different manufacturer. Dayco refused to replace with a product that worked at their cost. Very frustrating and disappointing honestly.
