A fire hydrant burst in my neighborhood and it put about 3 inches of water all through my downstairs. Kevin and his crew were right there, doing what needed to be done and helping me feel comfortable about what was happening and what was going to happen. They were on top of everything, they worked quickly and did all of the mitigation work without me having to worry or lift a finger. From start to finish, they took care of everything for me, I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

My first time using Continental and they did a fabulous job on my bedroom carpets. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed the cleaning in a timely fashion. Carpet is taking awhile to dry but there are no bad odors. It smells clean and fresh. My area rug looks new again. They were very kind and professional and will get my repeat business. Continental has truly been an amazing customer service for us and our family. They are impressive when it comes to response time. It truly amazed me how willing and ready and flexible they were getting to our home and helping with our water/slight flooding emergency. The clarity of the way they work a business that is usually something people are not privy to. Everyone I spoke to was super clear and matter of fact while answering any questions we had to even after their job was done.
