What really struck me about this business is that they provide products and service which you would think is mostly geared to professional tradesmen. In my experience, these kinds of businesses have little patience with the lay public, and in fact, usually end up being a bit short and rude with retail customers.This is where I was extremely pleased, and a bit surprised to find in my interactions on two different visits and talking with three different people at this business. They have been extremely helpful on all my questions and problems like how to remove an old grease stain from our aggregate patio and not trying to make sales. We have bought supplies in past years and highly recommend giving them a call for problem solving and of course supporting their business!
