Heather is incredible! I’ve had permanent eyeliner done before, but it was at a spa I frequented at. No research done on my part. Now years later, I found Chaya beauty. At my consolation with Heather, I found her to be extremely professional, nicely put together, and easy going. She put me at ease with all her knowledge and her wonderful personality. May I add I live an hour away, so she accommodated me over zoom. For my first visit, I walked in with my service dog and she already had a fluffy blanket and a fresh bowl of water waiting.
