I have nothing but respect for Dr. Jaeger. After a few years of a wild goose chase to find a proper diagnosis for my issue, Dr. Jaeger was more than happy to help me get to the bottom of the issue and treatment has been a great success after multiple misdiagnoses and futile attempts at treatment. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Jaeger specifically!

Love both the medical and cosmetic side of this business! I've always had very acne prone, sensitive, red skin and the Novel Skin Solutions side (upstairs) has an amazing team that has helped me manage my skincare routine for years. The chemical peels are chefs kiss and very relaxing. I feel so special with the goodie bags they send you off with after lol. They usually have samples so you don't have to spend a lot of $$ on products that might not work for you. Once you find the products that do work, it's easy to stop by the front desk and stock up when needed. Oh! Apologies! I made the feedback to the wrong place previously.Dr. Hopp is awesome, he always taught me why he needs to treat this part instead of others. I remember he drew a picture of facial muscle structure to make me understand better. More importantly, he always uses APPROPRIATE dose to keep naturally instead of "too much". I asked other center, they suggested double dose than Dr. Hopp provided dose for the Botox. Anyway, I really appreciate Dr. Hopp's treatment.
