The layout of homes was easy to navigate. Hospitality was great. Exceptional service with walkthrough guide and explaining what we were seeing, what could be modified or what has been modified. Matthew was our representative. He was thorough and knowledgeable on their products!

I'm a home loan lender and I've done a number of construction loans for their homebuyers over the years. The clients always seem to leave the transaction happy with the service they get from Caris-Sell. And they are always easy to work with on our side of things and collaborate effectively to ensure a smooth lending transaction for the client. We love working with Caris-Sell!

Omg, we can't express how we are feeling. I guess more like humans lol. Besides moving in the pouring rain, snow and mud the last 2 days, we are just in awe of our beautiful home. It was getting pretty dicey at the end living in the trailer, but we made it through this long journey. This kind of journey is not for the faint of heart. It is for people with an eye on the prize working with a great team to help make the dream come true. We are thankful for the whole team for pulling everything together. It took a village, we know.
